A utility-scale solar or wind farm generates large amounts of renewable energy equivalent to a full-scale power utility. This clean energy is supplied to the local electricity grid operator, providing offtakers with a reliable source of renewable energy through a long-term Equipment Lease Agreement (ELA).

In 2024, we marked our first foray into utility-scale solar and energy storage development in Indonesia. We completed the 50MW solar and 14.2MWh energy storage project in Nusantara in 2025, in partnership with PT PLN Nusantara Renewables. This project, backed by a 25-year power purchase agreement with PT PLN (Persero), will supply up to 93GWh of clean energy annually, potentially offsetting over 100,000 tonnes* of carbon emissions each year–equivalent to removing 20,000 cars** from the roads.

Driving Industrial Decarbonisation with Renewable Energy

We are developing Indonesia’s largest solar and battery storage project within the Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park in Morowali, Central Sulawesi. Developed with PT Sumber Energi Surya Nusantara, the 200MW solar and 80MWh energy storage project will deliver clean, reliable electricity to support high-demand industrial operations. With Indonesia Investment Authority as a co-investor, this project sets a benchmark for industrial decarbonisation and will drive progress towards the country’s Net Zero Emissions 2060 target.

Floating Solar

We deploy highly efficient PV modules and optimise layout to maximise solar power generation. For example, we were able to increase generation capacity by optimising the array to walkway ratio at the 60MWp Sembcorp Tengeh Floating Solar Farm in Singapore, one of the world’s largest inland floating solar PV systems when commissioned.

Ground-mounted Solar

Whether deployed for short or long periods of time, we are able to customise our solar PV systems to meet your needs. We are also able to adopt flexible modular and mobile PV systems which can be redeployed in a short time when the land is needed for other purposes.

Wind

Wind power is a clean and renewable energy source. By harnessing the abundant and inexhaustible wind resource, it reduces our dependence on fossil fuels and diversifies the global energy mix.
